This country house, which preserves a traditional colonial style, is located in Teror, one of the oldest settlements on the island of Gran Canaria. It is situated within the historical centre, adjacent to the town hall, behind the basilica of Virgen del Pino, the patron saint of Gran Canaria. Furthermore, it is located in a quiet pedestrian area, but close to restaurants, an information centre, chemist´s etc. There is a public transport stop within 350 m. Gran Canaria Airport lies some 40 km away.This country house complex was extensively renovated in 2002 and comprises 3 buildings which were constructed at the end of the 18th century and represent traditional architecture of the Canary Islands.Each rural apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, an en suite bathroom with a shower, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, safe (free of charge), satellite TV and heating.There is a rooftop sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. It is possible to go trekking in the area and visit the Osorio Farm Estate and
