The hotel has an excellent location in Puerto de la Cruz, near playa Jardin and 10 minutes from the city centre. The airport is about 25 minutes’ drive away from the complex. Guests will be happy to know that the beach is at a walking distance. If they prefer, they can stay in and enjoy the wonderful outdoor pool area, rest and sunbathe by the side of the pool or have a refreshing swim. The accommodations are perfectly equipped with all the essential amenities needed to have a pleasant and memorable stay. NOTICE: At the moment until 15/11/2026 the pool will be closed for refurbishment.The pool renovation work continues to progress. However, due to the complexity of the project and in order to guarantee optimal results and maximum safety, the pool will not be open on November 16th as initially announced and will likely remain closed throughout the winter season, presumably until the end of April 2027.During this period, every effort will be made to schedule work that may generate higher noise levels, whenever possible, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Alternatively, guests can enjoy one free entry per person per seven nights of stay at the Lago Martiánez Complex.
