Both have air conditioning and there is a bathroom with bathtub that will suit both.On the entrance floor, the fully equipped kitchen will facilitate the preparation of your meals and the fact that it is in an open space shared with the dining and living room, will provide great moments of conviviality between the family.The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate two more guests.You will find a generous balcony with dining space, barbecue and open views over the village.The garden and pool area has restricted access and has a pool for adults, one for children, shower and sun loungers with umbrellas for guests' convenience. It is worth mentioning the fact that it is fenced and guarded, making it ideal for families with children, guaranteeing tranquility and security.Public parking spaces can be found next to the villa.For guests' comfort, the villa provides internet access (wifi) and a safe.A security deposit will be charged for groups aged 26 and under.This amount will be refunded after the stay and verification that the property is in good condition.The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night will be charged to people aged 13 or over and for stays of up to 7 (seven) nights.
